Efoe is a sweet little boy who is 4 years old. He is in kindergarten this year and loves playing marbles. He has one stepbrother and when he is at home, he likes to help out with the sweeping. His father has multiple wives and lives in Nigeria and his mother is pregnant with another child. 

A typical home is a single room constructed with mud bricks with a tin roof. Families get their water from local wells or streams. Challenges such as malaria, typhoid, divided families and idol worship make life more difficult.
